Switch the dev team to English, hire internationally,/ if/ dev pool is actually the problem.

If it wasnt because of the "Fluent in Japanese" requirement I would have applied for a job long time ago, I really would love to contribute to the game but they make it hard to even work for them

That and the whole living in Japan thing for most roles. They'd get a lot more people if they didn't just do the bulk of development exclusively in Japan.
