There was also that story arc back in ARR with that group of Ala Mhigan refugee youths in Thanalan who Lahabrea had influenced and instructed how to summon a Primal version of Rhalgr as well - luckily though the player's character managed to put a stop to that before the summoning was actually carried out , and they promised they'd never go through with it again (or the player killed the ones who were going to, I can't remember anymore it was so long ago).
