What the hell does that have to with AA DPS ?
And the fact that Garuda weapon have + Crit attack power would suggest it makes a difference, its impossible to sit here and say how much though without using a parser and many many fights.
Just looking at it I would say they are fairly comparable and not anywhere near enough to be getting worried about it.

Since when does INT affect AA DPS? =o
Do I really need to explain the relation between dps and dph? They are equals. Delay means you deal damage more often, thus making up for dealing less damage per hit. You do less damage for higher frequency. Or you can do more damage for lower frequency. If you average the two, assuming the weapons are equal, the overall damage would be the same over a given length of time.
In Garuda's case, it actually deals more damage over a given length of time in terms of raw damage output. This does not factor in criticals/weaponskills/attack power/accuracy/crit attack power etc etc.
If you look at Ifrit weapons, and look at Garuda weapons...they balance out. Ifrit, for example has no accuracy on the harpoon..but it has 30 attack power. Garuda has a whopping 25 acc, so it will hit more often (as in less misses) than ifrit. But wait, there's more. Garuda has a bonus to crit attack power, which means its criticals will do more proportional damage than Ifrit's weapon's criticals. If you factor in *everything*, its pretty easy to conclude they are equals...or at least very very close, and that Garuda weapons are not trash as some troll was trying to say.
