Oh my Fing word the arrogance and conceit. You might just be trolling but there are people that really think like that. It would be that attitude that shows immaturity. Eventually you realise that 'people' as in 'humans' and their faults, won't ever change except over evolutionary timescales.
You have to work with what you have often in life
There are all sorts of things you can change (software and UI is what we are taking about) is a trivial to change on the scale of the universes challenges.
But people you can't.
It is not the job of square enix to teach people maturity by breaking their knee caps when they make a mistake.
It is square enixs job to a greater or where necessary lesser degree, to seek to kiss the customers arse, so that we keep giving them our money. Make us happy dare I say it

The concern is not just for this user. But for all future users

I think my concern is SQX are ignoring all this because they've seen all these old arguments before and they came and went then and they'll go way again this time. They might be right. They might not be though and some if those earlier dismissals were perhaps also a mistake.
