Houses, glamour with friends, deep dungeon achievements and loot, criterion completion (still missing alo alo savage), bozja relics I havent finished, leveling all to 100 (I have like...5 jobs left), my hubby since he also plays and also savage and ultimate. I have cleared four (missing TOP) and I think after clearing TOP and FRU I might take a break from it. I just don't want to lose my FC. I enjoy pvp to an extent so with the new season that will probably keep me subbed.
The main reason is the FC house and my hubby, if it wasn't for that I would probably quit for a long time. Maybe forever.

Just let it go guys. I felt an immense amount of relief once that switch flipped and I realised I no longer give a crap about this game, and therefore have no need for my houses. Won't be long now until I'm free.

I hope one day people will understand this housing system is contradictory to yoship's "taking a break" philosophy and actually call it out for keeping many people subbed while there's content droughts.

Greatly enjoying pvp, music, universe, etc... all of what makes it a FF, the same as usual for the last 10 years. Doesn't stop me from complaining about the gameplay (and story) though.

I promised myself this would be my last expansion completing Savage with my friends. Once we finish all DT Savage tiers, I will only be around when new patches drop, and that's pretty much it. I've been playing since 1.0 launch, and I just don't enjoy the game the way I used to, part of it is because of how long I've been playing, everything eventually becomes repetitive no matter how much they rework things. I also have a house, but once Im done raiding I think I'm just gonna let that go too. Never liked how housing was implemented and I don't agree with needing to log in to not lose yours.

This is actually what I like about 14, I'm not bind to a single game, I can play D4 (upcoming PoE2). Wu Kong etc ... other games.

Im gonna be real I feel bound to xiv more than any other game when im doing very relaxed raiding so I dont understand where people get this idea other mmos are binding. I can only think of very few select kmmos.

It would be a thing if it was not mandatory to remain sub to the game cause you can loose your house tho
