Usually how attempts to cater to everyone end up going for pretty much every company out there is that first they get the interest of some people, then thinking those people will stay no matter what they start shifting over to cater to other groups that had no interest to begin with and over the course of doing that alienate the original fans.

And most of the time, the new group still doesn't get interested and so it becomes a failing product.

Also for Bozja, I think the biggest thing holding it back is that I'm pretty sure you can't solo Lacus Litore.
Unless it retains an active playerbase, that's going to be the bottleneck that stops new people from doing Bozja.

Yeah, that's definitely going to be an issue the further away from Bozja they get. I know that instance somewhat scales depending on how many are in it, but the "easy" solution would be to allow it to drastically scale so that if the minimum of, let's say, a light party entered, they could actually complete that content. I think it's a little too much to make it totally soloable, but reducing it to a 4-man and treat it like an extended dungeon if no one else in the zone opts into it is a fair result.
