that and they all label anyone who doesnt like the work of anyone who is trans as "phobic" no matter what, diluting the real meaning of it in the process, to mean anyone who doesnt like the work of someone who is that even if you do not mention that you care about that or explicitly state your criticism is based purely on acting quality
i dont care who the actor behind wuk is or what they identify as... the quality is just awful, but i get called hateful and slanderous things based purely on constructive criticism
I'm just saying it's a harmless silly edgy shirt, mate. Dunno where you're pulling all of that from.So with how quick Sena and her defenders are to label someone as transphobic, you don't see how this is problematic? Criticism has been brushed off as just being transphobic by a ton of people when there's 0 mentions of her identity in it.
Curious, do you ever get tired of defending her? The last like 2 months of your history is almost nothing but Sena comments.
And you shouldn't make up "what if" scenarios to incite outrage. That's (one of the ways) how misinformation starts.
except as previously stated, her defenders label anyone who doesnt love the work as "phobic" meaning its a shirt saying that to everyone who doesnt like the work
and "shouldnt make up what if scenarios"? you mean like all the defenders do to anyone throwing in ANY amount of constructive criticism and go "well youre just phobic"...
I am not talking about critics am I? I am talking about people who HAVE went after her because she is trans. People have been going too far labeling anyone criticizing her work as transphobes. Not right, most of the issue was the writing but some parts of her work were rough. But point is, I am talking about the transphobes not the critics. When shit is directed at transphobes it is justice.

You're punching yourself in the face when you say things like that. For the past few pages I haven't seen anyone state that. All I've seen is hate towards a shirt that says transphobes.
The word really hurts them, we all know why though.I am not talking about critics am I? I am talking about people who HAVE went after her because she is trans. It still baffles me how the community who's all for someone expressing their identity and gender also have no problems mislabeling people with different mind sets.
Obviously not the whole community but the vocal ones clearly have no problem with this. We see the perfect example with this shirt here.
I've criticised Sena as much as anyone, but:
a) Yoshi commented on the controversy (albeit with PR speak), so SE is aware of her comments
b) It doesn't look like she's posted anything problematic ever since things blew up, so either somebody spoke to her or she's evidently learned a lesson (not to post offensive things as a public figure as it draws negativity, at least)
With these 2 the topic is done. Literally nothing else to be said.
I realise tensions are rather high at the moment with DT being disappointing to many of us, but literally what else do you expect to happen? Time to move on.
