    An under the hood change that I think could be massive would be things like DOTs, and bleeds applied by enemies are no longer affected by mitigation buffs, and debuffs. That way parties are forced to heal through the damage over time or let them chew on barriers. It would make things like Valigarmanda's mid point perma DOT extra nasty.

    IMO they should be affected, but not snapshotted. So while the reduction lasts it affects the DoT damage, but afterwards it goes back to full effect.

    You're right, it'd make some difference already. EX1 with an unmitigated DoT feels a bit different than one with the usual-stacked-mitigation one.
