Then that's your issue.
Uh-huh sure. That's totally why. Sorry I don't make mountains out of a molehill by spreading dis/misinformation to justify harassing someone. Also do not put words in my mouth.
Then that's your issue.Thats called gaslighting. You would need to be willfully ignorant to take many of her statements as anything other then inflammatory rhetoric; I am really trying to take your arguments in good faith but you seem to be trying to minimize the VA's contribution to the issue at hand.
Uh-huh sure. That's totally why. Sorry I don't make mountains out of a molehill by spreading dis/misinformation to justify harassing someone. Also do not put words in my mouth. The fact that you say this just speaks volumes of A) how willfully ignorant you are and B) the low levels you're willing go down to just to blindly defend Sena. Anyone with very basic reading comprehension can tell what Sena was trying to allude at with that "If you don't like Smile" post. It doesn't take someone with a PHD or a million IQ to come to that conclusion, and it most certainly isn't a "You all read it wrong"/"Took it wrong" situation.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, people like you who blindly defend Sena are just as bad as the people who directly harass her. You obviously have no principles, no standards, or a moral compass. Only someone driven by an agenda and unwilling to call out shit behavior simply because of Sena's identity. That's just sad.

I don't agree with Sena's takes, but I find it interesting how alot of you guys argue in the name of "not being a transphobe/racist/whatever else she accused you of" yet quite literally prove one of her points by defending rampant and spiteful misgendering, which has absolutely nothing to do with her performance or how much she "ruined" the game.Sena uses their identity as a shield against and everyone knows it, but does not going along with the pronoun thing negate any arguments they make against the person themselves? It really doesn't. Not every agrees with the gender ideology thing and I'm probably going to have this as my only response to that in this thread because I've already gone down that road. It's not on topic and is a worthless fight to make against people who don't seem to understand that we simply don't agree.
This would be ideal if you know...not liking Wuk Lamat as a character and not liking a VA's work wasn't automatically attributed to transphobia by Sena herself and her insufferable defenders. I can't tell you how many times I've seen people on here, in game, and on Twitter say something along the lines of "Oh you don't like Wuk Lamat? Its because you're transphobic.", "Oh you dont like her voice? You're Transphobic." or even along the lines of "You can just hear the she sounds better in JP dog whistles".
I switched to JP voice acting because when we were first introduced to WL back in what...6.5(?) I just didn't like Wuk's EN voice. It made me disinterested in that small patch update to the point where I was dozing off. Many people like me and my friends had no idea who Sena was until she made the official announcement on her Twitter. But I guess me switching the VA to JP long before hand to try to improve my experience makes me a phobe. You're free to disagree and that's your opinion, but downplaying other peoples criticism of Sena's lack of vocal range, depth, and emotion to transphobia isn't doing anyone any favors.
Wuk Lamat came off as a Mary Sue character that never had a moment of failure. Everything was just handed to her on a silver platter. Oh but we cant criticize her horrible character writing or dislike her as a character for her incredibly insufferable naive nature that gets her in trouble and ends up with GJJ killed.
Lets not forget the blatant hypocrisy and double standards Sena has. She called for the VA for Bridgett to step down from the role, not because of Kelly Ohanian's talent, or her voice, or her merit, but for the 'heinous crime' of a "cis gendered woman voicing a trans character". Yet Sena has no problem of voicing Wuk Lamat who is never confirmed to be trans at all in any way through the dialogue of DT. If that's the case she should also tell the JP VA for Bridgett to step down too, and I guess by that same standard then she should just step down herself from voicing WL right? Oh wait she isn't going to do that because she is a hypocrite.
She and her defenders constantly uses her identity and the LGBT label as a shield to deflect any and all valid criticism. Sena and her antics are unhinged, any one who is grounded /normal can tell that just from the way she posts and the way she interacts with others. Conflating and generalizing everyone with valid criticisms with the minority that's actually bigoted, and not holding Sena accountable for the way she is behaving, doesn't do anything other than cause more friction and is what radicalizes people to be against you.
