deep dungeon in duty finder?

Party Finder, or just solo it by turning matchmaking off. The only reason why it would take longer to do a Variant Dungeon solo rather than in a party is if your personal DPS is substantially lower than expected due to the HP for all bosses and enemies being reduced to adjust for not having as many party members.

Automated matchmaking is so choice though. I remember MMO's before automated matchmaking, and honestly I don't want to go back there. It's so much slower and clunkier. Heck, the reason I finally quit FF11 was because the manual nature of getting groups together was just too slow to get anything done in a reasonable period of time. And in my experience, Party Finder is only a slight improvement compared to that.

As for solo...I love playing with other people! They're half the fun in this game. ^^

Make ingame friends or join an FC and get them to do content with you that has an absurd queue time.
