Or you know, you can just use Party Finder, find a few people who want to do 1-50, and clear it while not having to immediately use pomanders since they won't get wasted between floorsets.speaking of deep dungeons, i wish it was possible to pick a prior floor set at the penalty of getting no aetherpool/item rewards. and the exp/poetics are lowered to the lowest floors rewards (either 1-10, or checkpoint floors, such as the 51 for PotD) (also doesnt save your progress in the save files)
So when someone says they cant find ppl for floors 31-40, or 41-50 of PotD, they dont just give up on the content and quit (as with most ppl i know)

what made u assume i didnt already do this?
Im just saying "For those who ALREADY did it", it would be nice to help other people a bit easier.

Something I think might be an interesting idea would be a "Deep Dungeon Roulette" that requires a certain level aetherpool set to queue up. This could be for someone that just wants to level in deep dungeon and doesn't care which one. It could then offer a reward that bridges the gap between whichever deep dungeon floor group they get and the highest deep dungeon their job is eligible to enter. This would allow for filling parties trying to progress through matchmaking without adding any real complexity. It also wouldn't offer any tangible benefit to someone spamming it outside of just shorter queue times in exchange for helping others. (I'm not suggesting a single daily reward, but a repeatable reward. The point is to make it so it's equal to doing the highest deep dungeon you can on your job.)

A roulette sure, but individual floor listings wouldn't work too well. Not sure they'd let it apply to sets beyond the non-challenge floors but they'd maybe increase the odds of getting it done for people that'd want that.
And these roulettes would need to be unable to interfere with your saves as you can't just do 71-100 on a whim in potd. In concept it sounds simple but who knows if their spaghetti code would allow it because for all we know a simple roulette would somehow divide the servers by 0.

Yeah... I presume that the most obvious roulette choice would be just the 51-60 PotD, and 21-30 HoH / EO, which would obviously require the player having them completed beforehand.A roulette sure, but individual floor listings wouldn't work too well. Come to sit on the idea, I'd REALLY love it. Sometimes it becomes too boring to farm those levels on your own, given the queues can be barren (especially EO).
I also wonder how much action Blue Mage would see if they had a daily roulette too. That would be harder logistically as well, but maybe they could make the respective mimicries count as actual roles? Idk if the 'sphagetti code' allows that, though. Despite being a very divisive topic, I'm actually happy with how the job is (with just some minor complaints), but what throws me off is that I can't just "log in and jump into action"... BLU's replayable content is all group based and requires some setup that might not even work if you can't make a party. That would solve this issue, for me at least.
Aetheric Mimicry isn't mandatory to play BLU so that wouldn't be needed. If you need players to help you fill BLU Party Finders, go contact the Blue Academy or something.I also wonder how much action Blue Mage would see if they had a daily roulette too.
