Oh the piano scene from the end of Ishgard Restoration? I checked that one, but doesn't seem to have this shot, though the ground does indeed have the same pattern, but I guess technically lots of areas in Ishgard do

Wasn't that near the end of HW's main scenario when you speak to Tiamat in Azys Lla and restore the final Crystal of Light, thus also restoring the Blessing to full power (when the Blessing's Mandala changes to a new form)? I recall the cutscene shows the WoL looking up at that exact angle (the pattern on the ground behind your character reminds me of that).

There's a similar camera angle yeah, but the area is different, also I think if it's the shot you're thinking of, he's standing in place, whereas with this one I thought I remembered him walking up into the shot and pausing there to look up.
It's so frustrating because it's a deceptively simple shot, which is making it that much harder for me to remember lol.
