Ultimates giving EXP is one thing, but them giving +10 of their unlock level is completely broken, at the very most I would have them give 3/4 a bar of a level.

Most people aren't going to be incentivized to learn an entire ultimate for the sake of levelling a job.

Wait, what? Your statements conflict. If most people won't do an ultimate to level, why is +10 broken then? If they only get 3/4 of a bar like you say yeah they wouldn't be incentivized. Which statement are you trying to lean on here?

They don't conflict.

Players that don't do ultimate won't be incentivized, but this does not detract from how broken a levelling method it would be for those that do the content and have learned that content, as you would effectively be giving people 10 levels worth of level-relevant exp for those that engage in that specific content. I am not averse to ultimates granting exp, just the rate of EXP that OP proposes.
