Any Word on Bad Hrothgal Armor Rigging?

I really wish I took screenshots when I was femhroth. I tried really hard to stick it out, but half of my glam items with sleeves were unusable due to how oversized/generally wonky they looked. It sucks because I loved my girl, I loved her base model, but when half of my glams just don’t work because the pieces are broken…

I think what sucks the most is that bunn bois got their atrocious posture fixed immediately because it was evident thanks to the benchmark gear set previews, but with Hrothgals most of those same gear sets actually look good on them (on account that most either already had big shoulderpads, or were sleeveless), so it went over everyone's head and now may be "too late" to fix it.

What's interesting is it doesn't impact every piece of armor. Therefore, it must be some programming bug.

Something weird is that they managed to screw up the armbands on the racial set between the reveal trailer and the benchmark. The thread I linked has a comparison, but they went from snug to oversized and floating.

Same! I actually did the entire MSQ as Hrothgal, did it as GNB, both cause I normally would do MSQ as DRK but it's still in such an awful state and GNB got Lionheart, but also cause the lvl 90 job set looks decent on them, still oversized but it was always a thin set to begin with, and she looked great! Animated well, had a unique look to her, loved the voice options and emotes, and so on. But like you the fact I couldn't use any other glamour ruined it for me, had to swap back only a day after finishing MSQ....

Well shit, I didn't even notice previously good sets were ruined somehow! I thought those were still examples of sets that looked good, but honestly the fact they somehow messed it up actually makes me more hopeful that they'll have to at least acknowledge it, still on the fence if they'll ever actually fix it, but at least making note of it at some point would be a nice change of pace on this subject......

Yeah, I've noticed more recent stuff doesn't tend to have as many issues. My glams that originate from Shb onwards work totally fine. It's stuff from SB and older that I have way more issues.

Might just be coincidence of which sets we prefer/use, but I rarely use anything from before ShB due to graphical fidelity differences, and just about everything still suffered the same issues, I mean even the new Fending and tank job sets from DT had the same problems, I really don't think it's a question of which expansion it came from.

I think it depends on the gear itself. Those tropical shirts from island factory sanctuary look so big you'd think they just copy-pasted the male Hroth model, and those came out mid to late EW if I recall.

It's kinda crazy how ill-fitting it all is, even the thinner/tighter clothing doesn't fit properly....

I really fucking hope they address this.
