We are aware that some players have been experiencing network-related issues (such as a few seconds of network loss, lag, or disconnects) over the past few days when playing on the North American data centers.

To help us with our efforts in contacting carriers we have relationships with, we would greatly appreciate it if you could submit traceroute data gathered during the instances that these network issues occur.

Please report through the "Providing information on packet loss and lag" section at the bottom of this support form. Instructions on how to obtain your traceroute information can be found in this Lodestone announcement.

Additionally, as mentioned in the announcement, even if we are unable to request investigations from some of the ISPs from our end, the situation may be improved if players can contact their internet service provider and share their details and issues directly with them.
