Odd, it's mostly people like yourself that keep bringing it back to her being trans. Most of us simply don't care about that, and can judge individuals by the strength of their character and defensibility of their actions.
It is a reach, because Koana is innovative, and Koana is not Poochie.
Also, showing us buildings is not "appraising".
In Encyclopedia Eorzea he's "The Innovator - Appraiser of architecture and patron of invention." All things Poochie doesn't display at all.
Meanwhile, you're going off on the seat's name alone because she's kind?
Yeah, it is a reach. She's not the only kind person in Eitherys, not to mention that she's been alive for at least 20 years, and Gaius sent him back to the shadow realm not that long ago so you can't even claim reincarnation.
No, those were labels given by others, not used willingly. People wanted to live their lives aside from whatever was used as a way to separate them. This was literally never the case.
Jock, nerd, goth, provider, homemaker, entrepreneur, job creator, carpetbagger, whatever. People use labels to inflate themselves, deflate others, and find community. I don't find them useful, but who cares? What's weirder is someone defining their identity in opposition to someone's personal labels. Like, what are you doing?
And what am I doing? Living my life?
I don't rely on labels, I just am. That's life.

Appraisers conduct site visits and document property features, comparing them against similar properties.
Did we not just do that this expansion.
It doesn't have to be literal Market Value.
No...?
We were guiding a native princess through her own land because she couldn't be bothered to "know her people" her entire life?
Did you play the xpac?
I mean... wouldn't that just imply anyone who was with us could be the appraiser in that scenario?
Yeah we did, she literally shown us around Tural, Visiting all Sites, went over and discussed many cultures buildings customs, even before she showed us Tural, she compared properties in Eorzea to New World.
I'm sorry but when a Lead VA of a world acclaimed game call the player base of said game for not liking it a let me get the full thing quickly:
racist transphobic misogynistic narcissistic heteronormative bigot I believe there is a problem and then I am not even referring to the hate said VA has been spewing all over the internet
but sure, let them get away with everything from blaming transphobia for them not getting a job as a VA to basically forcing another female VA to quit their job because in Sena's eyes the female VA was not "suited" for the role sure let's forget all this hateful rhetoric.
while the same people that says the above celebrates a singer's career being destroyed because they liked a support against child transition post 3 years ago and follow Jordan Peterson.
so, the double standard is seen and the people bashing this VA is due to their toxic personality overall, when they made it into a race and gender issue instead of accepting a critique that a game is badly written and not on par with what it needs to be half the player base did not even know who Sena Bryer was until said VA started making it into a stink because they are trans and that is their entire identity.

we went over Tural sure but someone who grew up in it that per you discussed cultures is just not correct Wuk Lamat knew next to nothing about any of those cultures; the people from said culture showed us their culture Wuk Lamat is basically a child with no knowledge and only happiness (Naive personality) they could have replaced them with a child and it would have been exactly the same effect running around being amazed at what others show us.
she learned just as much as we did, considering she only knew of the comfort of the palace walls which she explicitly tells us
let the ascians and ancients rest
