Clearly Rokien is concerned about the amount of Anima a single player is going to be able to exploit and sell out so that their main character can make millions upon millions, leading to an intercity market collapse that eventually destabilizes the entire Eorzean economy and forces the Grand Companies to lay off all their soldiers, effectively allowing the Empire to stroll in and trample our now pitiful defenses and laying waste to all we hold dear.

At least that's something I would expect Rokien to say.

For people actually worried about the whole anima system, they could just link the anima of all characters made on a server by the same account, problem solved.
