can't win with those people. i did a mistake myself and gave benefit of the doubt, despite all i previously saw from the creature. bad idea.

would be funny if it wasn't so sad.
put on ignore and make your life better, since they won't listen anyway.
That's the thing. People like her simply like to grab at the weakest straw they can find and build a whole mountain out of it and, when it's pointed out, they simply pretend nothing has been said and continue using their proverbial hammer on every "nail".can't win with those people. i did a mistake myself and gave benefit of the doubt, despite all i previously saw from the creature. bad idea.

It's kind of sad, but at the same time, amusing.

it is amusing... for like, 10 min. That's the thing. People like her simply like to grab at the weakest straw they can find and build a whole mountain out of it and, when it's pointed out, they simply pretend nothing has been said and continue using their proverbial hammer on every "nail".

they've been at it for weeks.
You know, it's funny. For the longest time I thought nothing could actually offend me no matter what I hear.
And then in comes english speakers who are terminally online with the whole "latinx" thing.
The sheer, visceral annoyance that word and its adjacents causes me it's hard to describe in detail.
I guess I'm so used to seeing that behavior that it became like watching an acrobat jumping through hoops to avoid sound counterarguments.
I just sit back and enjoy the show.
And this is how you devalue respect as a concept.
But hey, you seem to have a chip on your shoulder regarding religion, and I get it. But learning to let go helps with having clearer thoughts flow.

My lovely spouse is French and Spanish (from Barcelona/Perpignon area), and I asked what their feelings on the word were. They shook their head in sadness, before telling me about the mess in French from the bastardisation some English speakers in America are pushing into all other languages.
Don't use Latinx in polite company please.

Oh I know, but it's still fascinating to see how far they're willing to go with stuff like this.
I swear, people can make fun of my country, our economical situation, my culture, accent. Anything. My lovely spouse is French and Spanish (from Barcelona/Perpignon area), and I asked what their feelings on the word were.
