Only one character can be logged in at one time, so you will not beable to use an alt to teleport yourself, unless you lvl all 8 characters and swap when one runs out of anima.
Well, since we be able to make 8 Characters for 1 low price... I seriously think that the Whole Anima thing will be either Dumbed down or erased altogether ( and put in a different teleportation that makes more sense :P). The more I think about it...
Starlord what... At all does... Having multiple characters have anything to do with Anima?
No, really, not making a comment on anything I SIMPLY cannot see the relationship and i'd like to see that cleared up.
More characters = More teleportation= More gil for the Main Character of the Account Instead of 100 Anima you really have 800 Anima...... -.-.
I have no idea how taking your L1 mule on a trip around the world for 100 anima will make getting your main character from Limsa up to Coerthas any easier? Or how having your secondary character teleport to Camp Bluefog take your main character there for an Ifrit run? Or- Or how sending a secondary character anywhere at all affect anything at all on the primary character?
#1 Character (Main Account) Doesn't have to teleport anywhere.. just use that anima to get around areas.I have no idea how taking your L1 mule on a trip around the world for 100 anima will make getting your main character from Limsa up to Coerthas any easier? #2-8 Characters ( Mules/Tele whores) will just use all there anima teleporting everyone around and charge 2-5kgil a pop
Delivery system will be in 2.0... so all one has to do it say each Character makes 100k worth of Teleports.. That's 100k X7= 700k. Transfer 100k from each account to the Main account.. and wala.. Main account has 700k extra gil for himself.. If anima stays the way it currently is... then this will be likely to happen.
Though the exact mechanism behind teleportation via aetheryte is still largely a mystery, one theory states that when a sentient being approaches one of the portals, the aether that makes up its body resonates with the aether of the crystals, which in turn results in a complete breakdown of the being's mass, allowing it to temporarily return to the invisible aetheric streams that course throughout the planet. The being's soul, which cannot be broken down, then guides the particles to a pre—determined destination, and upon arrival, the corresponding aetheryte receptacle reconfigures the mist back into its original form. This whole process takes only a matter of moments, allowing for nearly instant transportation to faraway destinations.
However, being broken down to the aetheric level can take its toll on one's body, and rest is often required after several consecutive jumps, especially as the distance becomes greater. As a precaution, most city—states strongly discourage over—teleporting, as it can lead to irreversible damage...

That's the concept behind the cost.
Just curious, the 90 days of subscription to obtain the legacy stuff before 2.0 beta released. if I paid for 90 days in advance but it starts before the next billing cycle would I be elegable or is it 90 days active total. (came back just before the announcement of the campaign to try the new patches out and prepaid 90 days and would hate to miss this ; ; )

it's "paid for 90 days." Once you've done that, you should qualify, even if 2.0 starts before that game time is used up.
