You do realize a MMO being "different" is determined by its core systems and not a feature like this right? Being "different" just for the sake of doesn't help FFXIV at all. Yoshi-P obviously wants this game to measure up to the standard of MMOs, or he wouldn't be adding a content finder in this game. Go venture out to other MMOs besides FFXI/FFXIV and you will see the popularity of such a feature.

It might not be important to those like you who don't care about their characters and just wants to hack and slash at stuff until they log. However, there is a good chunk of players who actually put time into their characters and actually care about their virtual identity. Yes, how we act as well as how we look in game.

So you're just against them adding another layer to the system we have...Just because? The ONLY thing that changes is the end of the Stats vs Appearances debate. Which we all know who almost always win.

It really is useless to discuss this because everyone will defend his own opinion. For me its just unfitting, confusing, useless and redundant, for you its a necessary fashion whatever thing. Just go on and we will see what happens..

Considering FF characters normally have outfits that look good while they're saving the world, I beg to differ.

Yes please to this! ^_^ I love having the ability to customize the way my character looks even after the character creation screen!

It is so depressing to spend a long time getting an armor set that looks so amazing only to have one or two pieces, sometimes even the whole set replaced. This would allow for a really interesting and diverse playerbase, and not walking through town and seeing 20+ people wearing the same exact thing.

Please let us have the ability to wear the looks we love all the time! <3
