Outdoor Housing Needs a Few Updates to help with space

I'd love for them to add to the "fixture system" but i feel like if they put things like mailboxes and aetherites into the system it would be a singular location on the lot. They would have to create a system with multiple new locations to place things.

That being said, I always felt like the fixture system could be used during seasonal events to add house decorations like Christmas House Lights, Jack-O-Lanterns on fences. Valentine's hearts on windwos, etc, etc to existing housing models.

I think generally they need to split the big housing skins by fixture then create new walls and chimney's and such that work with those that have these things on them. Give me a wall with a gate built in for example.The base system was designed a decade ago.

Maybe if it’s too complicated to put mailboxes and aetherytes into the actual skins/housing pieces, they could just tie them to the placards somehow? Maybe redesign the placards so they look like there’s an aetheryte on the post, and have some sort of indicator light for mail.

I’ll probably always make room for my Moogle mail box, but I would love to not have to spend the slot for the aetheryte.

I gave up having a mailbox at my personal and use the one at my FC for the precious 1 extra slot, since you really have -2 slots since the aetherite is pretty much mandatory and the mailbox is all more optional but having to go to the city is like having a PO box, I'd rather just have a personal mailbox to not have to leave the zone to read mail.
