Outdoor Housing Needs a Few Updates to help with space

- Merge mailboxes into the exterior fixture system.

- Make aetherites part of the exterior fixture system, or remove the requirement entirely.

- Add more slots. Now that zones can handle more items per zone with the new upgrades, its time for more slots.

ITS SO HARD TO MAKE ENJOYABLE OUTDOOR SPACES BECAUSE OF THESE LIMITS. NO MATTER THE PLOT SIZE. Doing these things might save a few spaces, but we also need more slots.

I'd love for them to add to the "fixture system" but i feel like if they put things like mailboxes and aetherites into the system it would be a singular location on the lot. They would have to create a system with multiple new locations to place things.

That being said, I always felt like the fixture system could be used during seasonal events to add house decorations like Christmas House Lights, Jack-O-Lanterns on fences. Valentine's hearts on windwos, etc, etc to existing housing models.

I think generally they need to split the big housing skins by fixture then create new walls and chimney's and such that work with those that have these things on them. Give me a wall with a gate built in for example.The base system was designed a decade ago.
