Not on Materia, where you can sometimes expect to wait between 30-40mins during what is supposed to be peak PVP time.

pls don't make them other PvP modes as bad as Frontlines with some extra exp lol.

That doesn't make a lick of sense. People don't play it as much because there is no roulette for it. You think frontlines, a 72-player instance, would have nearly the same queue times without the roulette? It wouldn't. So a mode, that is 48-players, less players than frontlines, yeah no shock that it has longer waits. And also no roulette bonus to incentivize queuing for it. This is very much a service problem they have neglected and created. All its needs is a roulette.

Precisely. During peak times on Materia, Frontlines pops far quicker (< 5m) than CC does, and it's entirely due to the latter not having a roulette. When it comes to casual content, a lot of people(myself included, a lot of the time) don't even venture beyond the roulettes tab of the DF.That doesn't make a lick of sense. Okay, that's fair, but take a step back. There's an 86-page thread on this board complaining about how awful FL is, and around half the complaints are a direct result of there being a roulette, thereby populating the matches with players who are putting in no effort whatsoever. I've never played any volume of RW because I really can't figure out what the hell I'm meant to be doing and all these machines wandering around just don't appeal to me. But my guess is if you dumped rouletters into it, you would get more frequent matches, but of such a low quality we'd immediately have a "Rival Wings Sucks Megathread."That doesn't make a lick of sense. All that said, I'm always in favour of more options and agree it's puzzling SQEX hasn't tried to up the numbers beyond the inclusion in Mogtome events and Wondrous Tales.

The reality is that CC doesn't need a roulette, Frontlines needs a roulette or you'll never fill a 72 player mode, and Rival Wings (Sorry RW fans) sucks balls, and while a roulette would bring players to it, Rival Wings is a decaying ghost town that has been neglected for far too long.
I mean I'd be totally for supporting a Rival Wings queue, provided they add more content to it. And of course, like frontlines, but even WORSE - The "No PvP tutorial" thing really hits hard for Rival wings in particular. If you thought Frontlines was bad for people not understanding the objective, just wait until they get into Rival Wings... Or wait until the next mogtome event, where Opp's are being used to attack players, and people don't understand what CE is, some parties don't summon any machines, and theres random engagements going on across the map none of which are particularily helping your team to win.
Yeah I'd be happy to try RW more if I understood it. Don't really get the detailed strategy of CC either, although it's somewhat intuitive.

Sort of ironic that these PvP Discord servers that swear blind their primary function is to expand the interest in PvP noticeably fail to provide any instructional content on the two minor modes. Maybe they're simply harder to abuse?

They're both a bit harder to abuse. CC especially given that its more of a skill based mode, and premading is non-existent, aside from 5v5 comps.Yeah I'd be happy to try RW more if I understood it. Don't really get the detailed strategy of CC either, although it's somewhat intuitive.

As far as Rival Wings, you could premade, and get very good success there... provided you had an intelligent commander. Rival Wings is won and lost based on Mech use. If the game is drawn out, then you add on Offense/Defense, and CE collection (At least early on, so you can field mechs) Teams that had parties who chose not to deploy mechs, or had no CE collection, or used the Oppressor improperly are almost guaranteed a loss, and it doesn't matter how high their Kill/Death ratio is. Some of the early trains such as the CE train could decide the outcome of the match alone. It's not a super balanced game mode, and I prefer to enjoy it in very limited quantities during Mogtome events. It's in absolutely no state to be put into a roulette.
At the moment it is only possible to play RW during the Mogstone events. If we grab it in roulette there will be very very bad matches. But I think it's better to play roulette than not to be able to play it at all.
