Living dead is very thematic for dark knight. Sucking people isn't.Salted Earth isn't actually a problem the real one its that they can use their limitbreak and take 0 risk. IF DRKS could lose their invulnerability to die most of them would disappear before popping SE.
-DRK Jumps in to a group.
-Gets fully CC by a whole raid but still can cast LB
-Stays there for 10 seconds while SE already its on 20 sec CD
-Comes back again and repeat
Without Invulnerability :
-DRK Jumps in
-DRK dies instantly because CC (SE on CD now)
-DRK have to return to the fight from respawn (prob around 30 seconds to 1 min)
That's why you CC to dispatch the DRK before they stack SE, sadly that's almost never the case. Even a single MNK can ruin the whole "ast/drk" combo by pushing out the DRK before he jumps. Many countless times I've done it but since they can still use their LB even in the middle of the stun-lock animation of MNK LB its just sucks the DRK does the SE anyways because there is NO counter to invulnerability. It's a combination of design and balance issues all compounding on each other. There are very obvious reasons why DRK, AST, and DRG tend to team stack together in premades.
Each individual job with its PvP toolkit is balanced relatively okay for 5v5 CC matches, but they're abysmally balanced for anything larger scale. Throwing Battle High on top of it all and we end up with nonsensical balance issues that end up in horrendously mismatched games that Front Lines have largely devolved into.
Remember old SMN? they had a skill that removed the invo buff but SE removed it.
A quick suggestion to players that I assume are trying to be helpful, but actually are not.
If you're attempting to move your team towards an objective, using coordinates is a complete waste of time. Controller players aren't going to use them, people who have tried using them and discovered they bork the map aren't going to use them, rouletters who have no idea they are clickable are not going to use them.
N/S/E/W.
And a reminder to chat-spamming commanders. While the skill level in FL is not high, we can all count to three. Spamming SFX just gets you muted and adds to the (sometimes unfair) hate that commanders receive. When it comes to chat, more is less. Spamming just makes you look like self-indulgent narcissists and is counter-productive.

Saying DRK can invuln being the main reason why its strong is a bit weird, since PLD can also invuln but is fine. i feel like having a mass pull in comboed with that becomes the issue of being able to get away free of risk and just have the most OP grouping tool in the game.
Alright Dynamis... Whats your deal? Why the hate for Adders? Every single match I've seen Adders get completely pulverized and bullied into their spawn point. What did the Adders do to deserve this?

Thats a terrible idea because most people queueing as a light party aren't doing an LB combo or meta comp etc, you'd literally be punishing people for wanting to play with their friends and I don't think I need to explain how bad of a decision that is in a multiplayer game. Just because YOU don't know how to counter that type of play doesn't mean grouping should be punished.
