I defend her performance because I liked her performance quite a bit, and I've listened to her other work, she's fine.

The problem I take is with the direction, because there are times when she's talking more calmly when she should be yelling, and even in this expansion we can hear that she's more than capable of putting on a convincing and satisfying yell.

I hated her voice work in this game and don't blame just the director, I think she did a shitty job for her character because the other dubbed voices were fine.
I don't care about how good she was in other projects she sucked in this one and I spent money on it. She could of done the best va performance ever in another game but because she sucked in this one I think she sucks, simple as that.

Question why should I care about the va's identity?
I literally don't get why I should give a damn about people who were doing a job's thoughts on their genitals and placement in society.

What I care about is the fact they did a shitty job for a product I paid for.
If the VA wasn't trans most of you wouldn't be arguing to defend her this hard and probably arguing against her as well.This is such complete social-political brainrot over a terrible job in a product. God all of you keep on subject.

im not defending her terrible voice acting at all. im defending the fact that people cant seem to help themself to attack her personally over it.

she could have had the self reflection that she's not a good enough voice actor to voice a main character in a story like this. so yeah it is her fault.
her voice cracks alot and she has no range. just compare it to the other VA's of the other languages and the difference in quality if just blatant.

Whatever bigots will always exist and unless you want censorship of opinions and speech. I like freedom of speech because it allows change and developments but due to it's flaws of allowing stupid opinions I just ignore them. That you paid for the expansion doesn't entitle you to demand that the VA be to YOUR exacting tastes. If you really didn't care about other people's opinions, then why would you write about this at all on a public forum?

Agreed, way too much of high profile position for someone of her skill level, i agree to give people a chance, but sometimes you just dont have what it takes
my worry now is that because of the poor choice and the reception of the expansion got the people that we absolutely dont want to get involved will... the investors you all know how they are if it doesnt make as much or more money its a bad product
yoshi p should step in and make a rigid decision, get someone better, or cut the character/writer from the next msq patches

I paid for it, it was terrible, she was terrible, I'm saying she was terrible. I am voicing my opinion on a thread that agrees with my opinion, you are on a thread combatting people who agree with my opinion.
