Weekly Gear Lockouts Kill Gameplay

Curious but ... what stop you from flexing mid-tier from DPS to healer? Because I know it's not the gears that stopping you.

No, it's the 5-8 weeks it takes to gear up a new class, and then another 5-8 weeks for another and another.

Saying "oh but you can do it in crafted!!!" doesn't change how obnoxious and slow it is to acquire gear for any job but a dedicated main.

Let people gear up alt jobs incredibly quickly after they have the same piece on main. There is NO reason not to.
