Where do we go from here? DT Story and beyond

We've been gifted a macguffin that should allow for easier cross shard travel, but we don't know how to use it yet. And there are still parts of Etheirys we have yet to see. The implications that the key has ties to Azem is another mystery as well. I also feel like we've only just started scratching the surface of 'soul stuff.' Alexandria brought with them Electrope technology which is going to impact the world. There are probably a some other things that I'm not considering as well. A lot of doors are open.

I can't even believe they made a freaking hourglass to solve the problem of exploring the remaining reflections. It's incredible. You have the audience wondering how the next arc will go and the best thing you could do is make a plot device? I'm seriously questioning the future of storytelling in XIV.

And I don't really care if it has to do with Azem at this point. Because then you have to explain why it answers to fervent desires and why it complied with Sphene. How does that have anything to do with Azem?
