Please be aware that a lot of content can be unlocked before you're even hitting level 30 MSQ.

Is there? I mean sure you can run FATEs I guess but that's not the point here. You should absolutely not be able to queue for any party finder content past level 30 without your job stone..

There are side-dungeons you can unlock yes that aren't part of the main-story.
Don't get me wrong, I agree that the job-stone should be made mandatory as soon as it's unlocked by your progress, e.g make it part of the MSQ or something, or have quests that unlock after that point require you to be a job, not a class.
But it can't apply to content prior to this if the MSQ isn't that far yet, but the game allowed me to unlock it.
