Flare Star needs to be bigger

AF3 is a 1.8 multiplier. You could double Flare Star's base potency to 800 and, with AF, it'd be 1440, so basically the same as Picto's Madeen or Star Prism. That's how weak Flare Star is btw, takes way more setup and, even if you doubled its potency, it'd only be "ok" (Prism has a heal and is an instant cast, Muses/Mog/Madeen is an ogcd you get every 30s). Absolute disgrace of a capstone for level 100, not gonna lie.

You need to multiply by enochian modifier to compare potency with other jobs.
