With a (Forum) Join Date of May 2015, I'm going to hope you've poked around the forums before DT. The forums have always been negative and "controversial." Even ShB, which is almost universally seen as the "favorite" expansion, had the usual deluge of negativity on here. I'm just pointing out the reality that what you see here is not necessarily representative of the playerbase in general, and that when you have a really large group of people doing anything, you will always be able to find a bunch of people that agree with any take you have on something.



I understood exactly what you wrote. If the impression you get is that I'm making you look a certain way, then...consider how your own posts make you look. You want them to put the entire housing demo system on hold so you can take a break from the game because you're not personally happy with the current content while getting to hold onto your house and keep it away from people who are enjoying the game and remaining subbed. That speaks for itself, I think.

Nope. "Very" is subjective. You could technically just say "mixed", but again, given the size of the playerbase, that would be true about any single thing you could say, so it becomes meaningless.



So, as I pointed out, if it's an opinion, then it's not an objective fact. And again, "massive" would either be a subjective term being used deceptively, or is just plain inaccurate.



I separate them all the time. It seems to be the people complaining about the game that confuse these concepts.



Actually, it is. There's been multiple threads up about ratings. User ratings at one point were 8.6 out of 10, and here's a link to the "critic" reviews of DT. There is plenty of acclaim there. That is actually objective fact.

Steam users ratings for DT on Steam are literally at 61% positive reviews out of about 3100 reviews.

Metacritic user reviews are also at an all time low of 6.4/10.

The fact you had to search to find an article praising DT and ignored all the negative reviews is hilarious.

It's a bit funny you literally just went and found one article praising it, and said "yeah see you guys, it's acclaimed and everyone loves it !"
