It might just be trying to make the people of a different reflection actually look different. Shadowbringers did it with some of the tribes, but not with the playable races, aside from a handful of unique models like Ran'jit.

She's not from a reflection though. I'm pretty sure she talked about how her family are natives to the area and they didn't even use regulators until after their parents died.

I still can't even have real eyebrows, but NPCs of the same race can. I wouldn't hold my breath lol.

Probably yeah. Or they could just add multicolored eyes and more cosmetic options (the lashes) as an addon on facial features.
