Poison puddles are entirely dodgable and shouldn't be wiping any runs. As WHM you have four flexible instants a minute + Dia, AST just got charges on Lightspeed, Scholar has Ruin 2, Sage can save some Toxicons or Phlegma charges. Hitting the same side again is literally a freebie just use your eyes and Glare at them.
