    O.O You aren't animation locked after casting O.o. Are you waiting until the animation is done to move? this isn't ff11. U can start moving when the cast is about .3 seconds from done there is 0 animation lock except on gap closer and backflip.
    Are you hard casting rez? You are a rdm you should be using swift-rez, or ver cure or jolt to proc you double cast and then casting rez. This is why rdm's damage is as low as it is, as a rdm can get 2.5 people up in the time it takes a healer to get one, healers should always take priority on doing the rez cause it hurts your damage a lot to do this and you are a dps.

    Rdm has only 2.47 seconds of cast time if you aren't using SS time to get your duel cast proc(which you shouldn't SS does nothing for rdm). Then you have 4.7 seconds of complete movement while casting rez until u have to stop to cast again. to do the mech. It can be challenging to multi task and you should prioritize the mech unless both healers are dead, and u have an lb 3. Then you prio the healer over yourself cause they can get up and lb 3.

    Iframes don't cause a rez to ignore you, if rez is casted on you and your don't get it that would be a bug. You have 5 seconds of invuln as long as u don't do anything other than move, 1 second of it is animation locked. You should be waiting out those 5 seconds unless you absolutely can't. at which point start spamming ver cure on yourself, throw up your shield, and use addle. Normal raids are designed with the party using their mitigation tools. This means feint, this means addle, this means reprisal. I know the vast majority of players do not do this Which is why you tend to take more damage. I will ask players to use their tools if its needed. They even got extended by 5 seconds so you don't even have to time them as well

    Healers do not have to be perfect, they have Kits that are larger than the mechs require. I know in my experience random sages are really bad at utilizing their whole kit, and whm like to swift cast glair when they shouldn't. I dont know enough about the other two healers except that I don't see macro cosmos used enough by astros. Again this is a raid, you are expected to use your whole kit.

    The invuln timer and your hp dont come back until you are standing up. its 1 second of animation lock.
