So, you can't. Until you can even make a clear case instead of hyperbole, don't bother.
The MSQ is advertised as and intended to be doable for everyone. It is. You can make countless mistakes and live, you can muddle through with help from others, for the vast majority of duties you can just follow the trusts. Non-MSQ content has no such purpose or restrictions.
You are falsely equating CASUAL with "I want a Visual Novel with a chat client." Grow up. Some people want a game. With actual gameplay. Not everyone has the time to grind and learn mechanics required for high-end content such as Extreme/Savage/Ult. These people had NOTHING to do previous to Dawntrail because content was either hard high-end content that requires bigger time investment, or you could afk through all of it and fall asleep and clear. Now the game actually has casual content. You don't like the Normal Raids? Too hard for your wittle fingies? Then don't do them. They're optional content.
And might I add, outside of EX or higher difficulty, nothing in this game is harder or more punishing or harder to mechanically execute than any other Final Fantasy game, or any other MMO game, or any other combat-centric game. You are buying and paying for a product that has three points of reference, each with decades worth of example, and it's exceeding none of them in terms of demand to the player, yet here you are and cry that the game doesn't cater to your unwillingness to engage with it. As a "working adult with no time" I am sure you can comprehend the concept that you don't just get everything handed to you. If you want a game that doesn't involve any sort of pressure in terms of timing or pattern recognition or recognizing your mistakes and adapting, then play one of the countless games that don't ask these things. There's your options.
I guarantee you if you spent the 10 minutes it took you write out your OP and then read my post on learning the basics (You had 90 levels and 600+ hours worth of MSQ to learn the basics btw), you'd not have any issues until you step into something like Bozja raids.
