this is of course my opinion, i understand some people only play 1 class or role. but the restriction really kills any desire to participate more than once

Well, first of all, you don't need all pieces for every job since not all pieces are BiS, you want a mix of raid/tomes/crafted gear, depending on the slot.

yea if you wanna min max bis. sure. but the thing is. it's a small percentage of the playerbase that even cares about this. personally i will only care about this for my main job. but for the others jobs would be nice to get the glams easier and gear them up without all the extra bs. i just end up buying the crafted gear and stop going into the raids entirely except for prog nights. and it's a shame, they are great fun fights on normal.
