    Adding more jobs hardly makes a difference, as long as it doesn't come with a new gear set, and iirc they haven't introduced a new set ever. The only thing you'd need more of is the weapon.

    Also, you say if you miss a week, you are lagging behind. While that's is true, if there is no cap, you are lagging behind way more if you can't dedicate dozens of hours every week. I think the weekly cap is the lesser evil.

    thats what i said earlier, they must change the weekly cap to a hard cap, also people who get to level 100 later will always be behind and have no chance to catch up.

    They can catch up with crafted or hunting token gear. It's not a problem.

    Crafted gear is not a catch up mechanic for tomes, since it is 10-20 Item levels behind raid gear.

    And it's still good enough, and in some cases even better, due to the substats and being able to overmeld.
