    Apologies for not reading through the entire thread.. I just don't have the time at the moment, but I have a question..

    I won't assume anything, but it appears that the $3 per character fee is being done away with. Does anyone know if this is true or not?

    Yeah, that is exactly what it reads as. One fee for several characters.
