I’m still confused on what job you are actually looking at

The core filler rotation is “casting paint” but done in a creative way (you cast RGB to get white then flip it to cast CYM to make black), the rest of the rotation is actually painting things that you then use

I mean the whole RGB versus CYM idea is cute but it's not exactly groundbreaking.
