Progression system that could improve endgame (By a lot)

I have to say big NO to this endgame idea because adding skills to the gear and element system to the weapons will cause massive amount of toxicity towards to players who don't have certain skills on the gear and don't use correct element on the weapon.

this argument will be countered by Item level.. which is already been locked in with party finder..

I can now create new party farming extreme and +700 item level can be joined only.. even though people with 690 Item level can clear it easy with no issues if they know mechanics.. isn't this toxicity? according to CBU 3 NO

Ok FINE then, i will support your endgame idea 100% and i hope your endgame idea becomes part of the FFXIV so i can stop playing FFXIV forever.
