    You say that, but Lancer was the original OP class for that fight and my friend who usually WHMs for Ifrit tried out MNK in it for the first time and complained that Fists of Wind made it too easy to avoid things lol

    Yeah it's doable it's just things seemed stacked against them compared to THAUSTACK; sears and crap. I do Ifrit by taking shouts though so DDing him is never going to be an option for me lol.
