What has the job team been doing this whole time?

I find it funny how everyone convinced themselves these issues are new. They've been here for 5 years but I'm glad everyone is realizing it now.

Many people, like myself have known of these issues for years. Just because someone is airing their grievances in the current moment doesn't mean that those grievances are new for them. If, however, more people are catching on to issues like these then I agree that thats a great thing
