Honestly, Western Town is the only good section in MSQ, precisely because it doesn't have Wuk Lamat in it so the writers can actually use all the characters to make something interesting.

the only thing I found missing from that area for it and kept expecting to hear was the theme to "The Good the Bad and the Ugly" Western... everyone should know that theme
I have a secret to tell. From my electrical well. It's a simple message and I'm leaving out the whistles and bells. So the room must listen to me Filibuster vigilantly. My name is blue canary one note* spelled l-i-t-e. My story's infinite Like the Longines Symphonette it doesn't rest- TMBG Birdhouse in your Soul
A huge THANK YOU!!!! For FINALLY selling the Meteor Survivor Polo on the store. AND a huge thanks to my friend who bought it for me while he was at Fan Fest!!! YES I finally have my POLO!!!
They didn't make anything interesting. It's literally just a cheap ripoff of literally any western story. It doesn't even feel like it makes sense or belongs. The entire story could be stolen from some cheap JRPG from the ps2 andit would be pretty much identical, "high tech" with glowing lasers on it and shitty robot boss at the end and all.

We got to spend time with Erenville and see Estinien, and honestly the section with throwing the dung in the campfire to summon the pterodactyl things was absolutely hilarious. It felt like we were actually stirring up some chaos and... y'know, adventuring, doing unexpected things, actually living in the world and interacting with it.
My main gripe with MSQ, as someone who doesn't have very high storytelling standards, pretty much just boils down to not being allowed to do anything that didn't involve Wuk Lamat, so being liberated from playing babysitter, even if for a little bit, was actually really nice.

And even in that questline you gotta retrieve a bracelet given by WOOKIE LMAO to her wet nurse or whatever, like even if she is not in the limelight you have to feel her presence because it is some execs OC dont steal.
And even then we only do half the map before being forced back to her anyway.
I'm surpised there is no picture of her in our hotel room watching over us as we sleep.
The rubber bullet stuff was also bullshit. Nowadays I wonder for whom this story is actually written right now.
It's really funny that we all like a filler questline on par with ARR with nonsensical plot the best just because Wuk Lamat isn't in it.

Yeah rubber bullets was exceptionally stupid, There's nothing wrong with someone losing a Duel and still being alive with a bullet in their leg or shoulder if you dont want him to die, The dumbing down of media for the weakest in society brings the immersion dowwn for everyone, After ARR i guess they need a disclaimer that wasnt really Raubahns arm hitting the table it was a fake arm.And even then we only do half the map before being forced back to her anyway.
