I love the auto-sync idea, would doubly love it for tanks if I didn't have to re-activate my enmity generator every time I sync down.

The despawn thing I feel like has already been improved considerably. Even though it's not instant, it only takes a few seconds, and the enemies "fleeing" the area is kind of a neat effect. If we're truly that impatient over like 4-5 seconds of downtime, I think we have other things to focus on.
