I'd say Gaius (even if he turns all good in the future etc.) cause Nael just seems more evil. Occupation VS abusing an ancient power for who knows what else besides "just" seizing Eorzea. The white/silver colour of his armour is just there to deceive us. Also his head piece seems bigger and more elaborate (sort of the first thing it makes me think of is deer/stag antlers - bigger = dominant?)

I don't think we will see all of them any time soon, but its something that could be rolled out if the Garlean invasion continues (or we get to go to Garlemald at all) some will have been left to protect Garlemald incase of invasion and some in other areas of the empire incase of any rebellion.

SE please add a Garlean Empire rebellion in 2.xx.

Single-monster encounters are more the exception than the rule in XIV, so I suspect we'll see two bosses.

If SE is still too afraid to admit that FFXI exists, probably either/or. If they're not afraid to admit it exists we'll be fighting both of them at once while their own personal quarrels will be present in the fight as well.

Just some updates:

The Imperial in Mordhona are sooo weak, and soo blind, you can run past all of them and not get aggro. They also dont link! wtf is up with dat.

Anyway, also if you look on the new "timeline" it seems 1.23 delayed a little and it will also be only out for about a month before 2.0 begins rolling out and "RADICAL CHANGES HAPPEN MAN!!"

Well in the nightmare you see all the leaders of eorzea dead in the ground along side you see a black wolf and then the White Raven alive and about to kill you so i see the black wolf guy turning good and joining us to stop the White Raven.
