I suspect Both, hence why they introduced the second one.

Though I kind of wish they'd have a 1.24 so they could split them a bit, the patch, expected for July is the final one, these bosses will be our final fights in the current game, the showdown, so I think we'll get 2 for the bigshowoff.

We have 1.22 coming up and heck, it came speedy, so i 2-3 months is plenty of time to make some epic storyline and battles for these.

Why does it have to be a new Legatus?
You feel that the 2 we have are too central to the story to be killed off? Is there fighting prowess to epic for the level we are now?

It could also be that we fight and defeat one or both of them, but don't actually kill them

I was more thinking a new one would allow a bit more flexibility with the lead-up quests, location, appearance etc.
