    Are you on wifi?


    If yes, try a wired connection. If no, are you on pc? If yes, look up the IP addresses of the data centers (easy to find) and run a tracert to see where in the network the issue is.

    I'm on laptop but I have no access to the internet wiring, unfortunately.
    I'm looking up the IPs but I cannot really understand what it means
