    Have you read the TOS? Not really you sign away you "rights" when you accept the end user license. Besides they aren't taking it away they will fix it you just have to wait.

    TOS doesn't supersede consumer laws. If I'm paying for a service and I am not able to use said service because of an unreasonable issue, TOS will not help SE. There is no feasible grounds for locking me out of the game completely when there are systems for resolving my issue. They just aren't enabled for some god awful reason?

    Likely case, it'll get fixed in a few hours... maybe. Else I'll be giving SE-NA some phone calls throughout the day.

Similarly, these older MMOs also had a system where your house would break down if you didn’t log in after a while in order to have you continue your subscription, but this is a thing of the past and we won't have any system like that.

    long queue times are not the same as being completely locked out.
    Unless I'm missing something and this exact thing happened last time.

    Can't get back over log in either

    I got also stuck and was trying the solution that was in the memo:
    ""they will need to be returned to their Home World via the login menu."

    I tried that and got this window;
    Unable to select Behemoth as a destination for return to home world requests at this time

    does anyone know why they suggest to return over the login and then it does not work?
