Please reconsider 7.0 BLM changes

Try Picto. It's more fluid and does more damage before factoring in its raid buff... and it has a lot of cool raid buffs, including very good shields with HoTs on them.

1.) Final potencies have yet to be seen
2.) Even based on current potencies, is this taking into account BLM's +80% on Astral Fire III (Fire spells) and +30% from Enochian trait (all damage including Fire)? Because there is a lot of "hidden" potency there.

The finalized patch notes are out and people already had access to the final potencies for a while via certain methods.

The Balance discord knows how to math properly and factor in all those things.

Are you implying the potencies on the job guides they updated today for the game that will be played tomorrow aren't final? Because I'm pretty sure these are final for 7.0. They might patch it in 7.05, but we're stuck with it for now.
And yes, obviously people accounted for the AF multiplier and Enochian. In fact, if you had raid buffs, it looks even worse because Picto has insane burst- you can essencially "precast" some of your spells in the filler rotation to unload in burst, and you have very potent ogcds to slam in burst too. 2300 potency in a gcd under burst shouldn't be a thing for any job, imho.

I am very well aware that the Balance is capable of doing this, I was simply not aware of the job guide updates.
