We actually need FEWER glamours plates.

We need 0 glamour plates. Instead of putting glamours on plates that then need to be linked to gearsets, each gearset should just include an equipped gear page and a glamoured gear page so that each gearset is also its own glamourset. For the purposes of dye conservation, these glamoursets should be copypastable between gearsets.

How can you be encouraged to make a "good" glam if you have no capability of customizing the glam to a given job's identity? If you're just blanket using one glam over a single role that seems like it's going to less creative.

This is probably going to be an unpopular opinion, but I think having fewer glamour plates would be better.

Having too many glam plates cheaper them and removes the incentive to really make good glams. With fewer plates you'd have to really make choices about which outfits to keep and which to throw away, encouraging you to put more thought into them.

For example perhaps you'd think twice before allocating one of your precious few plates to a basic draped dalmascan top outfit, or to a joke frog head outfit. You would instead have fewer, better outfits.

Less is more.

I give each of my jobs a new outfit and I'm currently having to keep spare glams for Viper and Blue Mage in my saddlebag because there's not enough glamour plates for me to have outfits for everything.

I want enough plates to have one for every job and then some more for casual glams or specific glams. I just want more.

views... dont mean anything lol Most people are coming here to see what kind of trash fire this will become, we dont have enough plates period there isnt even 1 per job including crafter and gathering jobs.


Like honestly I only use maybe 6 of them atm which that probely going to change on the 28th... but even i know its really stupid to say we have to many plates lol
