Yeah usually what Twitch players do is mention the expansion in the first three words because the search will truncate the rest. Youtube is worse since it will usually just show the first 6 words on two lines, and many YT's do this annoying clickbait of "OBVIOUS QUESTION?" rather than the game name, and youtube search will show you 500 other unrelated videos and ads before it will show you a stream that matches a search.

As long as the stream is not muted, it will count. Make sure it's what is focused (desktop users can't simply switch to another tab, it has to be another window, as the "memory saver" feature will unload tabs not in focus after a few seconds.)
